AI product management, and how to tell if it works.

Questions people actually ask
What are the formats?
- A 35-minute talk, or a half-day hands-on workshop where the room builds something. The workshop is the one worth asking for: a panel produces agreement and nothing else, and a talk that nobody builds against is forgotten by the following week.
What are the topics?
- AI product management, agent readiness for APIs, the Model Context Protocol, and eval design for people who are not engineers. That last one travels furthest, because most teams shipping AI features have nobody who can tell them whether the thing works.
Do you do panels?
- No, and that's a position rather than a preference. Not one panel since the Product Soch chapter started in 2022. Four people who haven't prepared, answering questions in front of a room that came to be told something, produces agreement and a photograph.
What does it cost?
- Depends on the format, the travel and whether it's a community event. Community events in Pakistan are free. Ask, and you'll get a straight number.
The most recent session, Product of Tomorrow, drew sixty registrations for an afternoon of building with AI tooling. The next one is public.
